We are part of a group of companies that are focused on serving the needs of low, moderate and fixed-income communities. We serve the ‘underserved’! And we have systematically expanded our menu of basic services … property rentals, retail laundromats, and retail financial service centers to form a new service company. In 2006 ServiceXpress Corporation was created to help people in our communities find jobs. We deliver results. And we know that it takes more than a job to make sure employees ‘show-up’! We have therefore established an employment support infrastructure where results flow naturally. For example, we provide transportation for our employees to and from work. We also, depending on need, provide housing. Financial services such as check cashing, bill payment, money transfer etc. are other benefits to our employees. Our employees in effect have a nurturing, caring and supporting infrastructure that in the end … guarantees on the job attendance and performance. No other staffing company provides or can provide the range of services we provide our employees. Consider our history. We started renting apartments in 1990, and then established a Laundromat in 2000. We then integrated financial services within our retail laundromat in 2001 under the Service General Corporation banner. Our financial service business then evolved into providing on-site financial services at a set of satellite industrial plants upon our clients’ requests. And in 2006, again upon client request, we added a new dimension to our service portfolio by founding ServiceXpress Corporation.
